Tatiyana Popova – Comeback to the Pro League & Personal Training at HC GYM Tallinn

After a break from competition, Tatiyana Popova is back on stage and ready for new heights. On October 26th 2025 she competed at EVLS Prague Pro Show in the Women’s Figure Open division and placed 13th out of 37 competitors – an impressive result marking her true comeback to the Pro League. Her next challenge is Romania Muscle Fest Pro on November 9th in Bucharest.

Beyond the stage, Tatiyana works as a personal trainer at HC GYM Linnamäe in Tallinn, guiding clients through goal-oriented training plans based on her own Pro experience. Her coaching philosophy blends discipline, precision, and motivation – helping each client unlock their best physical form.
