Toisena treenip\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 sitten pelkk\u00e4 maastaveto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Molempien p\u00e4ivien lopuksi lis\u00e4ksi vatasalihaksille 1 sarja staattista pitoa edest\u00e4 + kyljet yhteens\u00e4 3-4 minuuttia.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">HIT treeni tarkoittaa lyhyesti sit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 treeni alkaa suurista lihaksista ja liikkuu pieni\u00e4 kohti siten ,ett\u00e4 liikkeest\u00e4 toiseen siirryt\u00e4\u00e4n optimissa noin 2 sekunnissa ja kaikki liikkeet tehd\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ysill\u00e4 liikeradoilla sek\u00e4 tavall\u00f6ista hitaammalla vauhdilla. Treeni kest\u00e4\u00e4 t\u00e4ll\u00f6in 5- 12 minuuttia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Alkuun rinta,olkap\u00e4\u00e4t k\u00e4det p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 tulokset nousivat 3 treenikerran(3 viikossa koska treeni oli kerran viikossa) j\u00e4lkeen eri liikkeiss\u00e4 noin 20% ja maastaveto 150 kilolla 8 toistosta 175 kiloon ja nelj\u00e4\u00e4n toistoon 5 viikossa ( 5 treeni kertaa jokaisessa 1 sarja loppuun asti).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Huomasin,ett\u00e4 en palautunut kuten HIT treeniss\u00e4 tulee palautua t\u00e4ydellisesti aina ennen seuraavaa treenikertaa joten j\u00e4i kaksi mahdollisuutta: Joko lis\u00e4t\u00e4 lepop\u00e4ivi\u00e4 tai lyhent\u00e4\u00e4 ja muuttaa treeni\u00e4.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Valitsin j\u00e4lkimm\u00e4isen, koska halusin pit\u00e4\u00e4 kiinni totutuista treenip\u00e4ivist\u00e4 ja kellonajoista tiistaista ja perjantaista kello 12.00.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Nyt 22.07.2022 koko yl\u00e4kehon treeni oli ja on t\u00e4t\u00e4 kirjoitettaessa seuraava:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tiistaisin Nautilus dippikone, scott koneessa ja HC Pro istuen penkkipunnerrus kapealla otteella.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tulokset alkoivat nousemaan niin, ett\u00e4 dippikoneessa joka oli ja on ollut 26.06 alkaen mukana oli 30.08 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 jo koko painopakka, kehityst\u00e4 22.07 \u2013 30.08 noin 25 % .
