Jalapress 6-12 kordust<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">2. \u00dclablok kitsa haarega ja nagu l\u00f5ut\u00f5mbes 6-10 kordust.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">3. R\u00f5\u00f5baspuu HC Pro helperiga 6-10 kordust<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">4. Biitseps blokiga\/trenaz\u00f5\u00f5riga 6-10 kordust<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Alati kui saavutad harjutuses maksimum kordused pead lisama j\u00e4rgmises trennis koormust. Jalapressis +10 kg teistes 2,5 kuni 5 kg. Ja siis j\u00e4lle p\u00fc\u00fcelda edasi max korduste poole.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">===========<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Kui tahtmist peale trenni = Venitamine ja rullimine et lihased saaks l\u00f5dvaks ja taastuksid kiiremini.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">===========<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Iga harjutus teha aeglase\/rahuliku tempoga nii et asend p\u00fcsib sama algusest l\u00f5puni.
