“The Biggest Transformation” \u2013 an inspiring competition for HC GYM members<\/h2>\n

98% of our gym visitors aim to achieve their best shape and a more attractive physique. To further motivate and reward our members, we decided to launch a competition called “The Biggest Transformation”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Prizes and recognition<\/h3>\n

The competition awarded cash prizes of up to 300 euros<\/b> to the top three participants. Additionally, HC GYM\u2019s management decided to reward all participants<\/b> who shared their results with a 50-euro prize<\/b>. This was our way of expressing gratitude for their efforts and dedication.<\/p>\n

Mark Part, I am 20 years old. I have been going to the gym for 3 years. I chose HC GYM because it offers training equipment that is ideal for those participating in competitions. What I like most about HC GYM\u2019s facilities is the wide variety of different machines suitable for everyone.<\/p>\n

Sandra, 35 years old, has been actively training for 15 years, with the last 3 years under a coach’s guidance. She is currently focused on competing in fitness, particularly in the wellness category. Sandra loves sports, especially gym training, which has become her passion and hobby. She appreciates HC GYM for its atmosphere and high-quality training machines. According to her, the gym has an inspiring old-school and hardcore vibe that motivates her to push her limits.<\/p>\n

For the past 7 years, HC GYM has been my training ground. HC GYM provides the best opportunities for competition-level training, and its hardcore atmosphere motivates me to push harder. The environment is friendly and always supportive. At this point, I\u2019ve achieved my best shape, and from here, the goal is to get even better\ud83d\udcaa. Additionally, starting this fall, I\u2019ll be getting into bodybuilding as well.<\/p>\n

Andres Karon<\/h4>\n

I am Andres Karon, an ordinary hobby athlete. I started training at HC GYM on the very first day it opened in Linnam\u00e4e. Like many others, I began without knowing how to properly develop my muscles. Over the years, I tried various methods and programs that didn\u2019t work. Eventually, I realized that it\u2019s essential to learn to understand your own body and give it exactly what works best for you.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest advantages of HC GYM is the old-school gym atmosphere, where there are no “selfie takers” or homemakers posing in front of mirrors. The gym is packed with machines designed specifically for building big muscles!<\/p>\n

My name is Erik, I am in my final year of high school, and sports are an essential part of my life. For nearly 10 years, I\u2019ve been playing handball, and at some point, I discovered HC GYM.<\/p>\n

At first, it felt a bit unfamiliar, but over time, I realized just how unique this gym is. It\u2019s not just about the excellent equipment but also the special atmosphere that keeps you motivated to move forward. For me, the atmosphere in the gym is key. It gives me motivation, strengthens my spirit, and helps me improve every day.<\/p>\n

I also want to highlight the machines. At HC GYM, they have a dedicated area and are genuinely impressive. These machines are thoughtfully designed with unique features that make every workout as effective as possible.<\/p>\n

Leon<\/h4>\n

Hello, my name is Leon Memberg. I am 18 years old, currently in the 12th grade, and I have been practicing jiu-jitsu since I was 3 years old. I don\u2019t even remember a time when I wasn\u2019t training\u2014except for when I was 10\u201312 years old, after my right leg, along with its ligaments, was shattered. After recovering, I started focusing more on volleyball and eventually played professionally in the Estonian national team. However, I had to leave in April last year because my kneecap dislocated.<\/p>\n

In general, I\u2019ve faced many injuries, but despite that, I started going to the gym when I was 15. I\u2019m still going, and I recently discovered HC GYM. I\u2019ve visited both the Sikupilli and Lasnam\u00e4e locations. Honestly, I really enjoy the atmosphere at HC GYM\u2014it feels like a true booster. There are plenty of inspiring people to look up to. The guys and trainers there are super cool and sociable.<\/p>\n

By day, I am an ordinary office worker in the banking and IT sector, but in the evenings, I transform into a gym fanatic. I train to keep my body in shape and shake off the stresses of the day. I\u2019ve been training for about 4 years, and I finally discovered HC GYM, where a new world opened up for me thanks to my coach, Martin Edovald. With his help, I realized how many mistakes I had made in my training and nutrition and understood how important it would have been to turn to a personal trainer much earlier.<\/p>\n

While training at HC GYM, I quickly noticed that the gym has fantastic machines and everything necessary for effective workouts. Additionally, the team and members at HC GYM are incredibly dedicated, which creates motivation and delivers results. HC GYM is a place where training is a pleasure, and progress is guaranteed!<\/p>\n

HC GYM Management\u2019s comment:<\/b> A top-level athlete. The biggest transformation in the competition narrowly missed the TOP3.<\/p>\n

Ranek-Rainet Niinberg, I am 30 years old, and one of my passions and routines in life is sports. On a daily basis, I work as an entrepreneur, being the founder and CEO of several companies. I provide specialized solutions for electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and cooling works.<\/p>\n

In my free time, I also engage in investing, and skiing is another passion of mine.<\/p>\n

I practiced CrossFit for years, but as the weights got heavier without physical improvement, I decided it was time to build muscles systematically. I searched for a coach for a while, and Martin Edovald was recommended to me because his training focuses on both muscle building and strength development. The decision paid off! In spring 2024, I started training with him, and by autumn, I was in the best shape of my life! \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n

Rasmus Klaos, a 23-year-old Men’s Physique competitor. I am currently preparing for my 8th competition season, aiming to bring home a Pro Card and use the prize money to achieve that goal. I have been training at HC GYM for over 4 years because it has the best selection of machines, all functioning perfectly, heavier weights than most gyms, and the best atmosphere you can find on this side of the world.<\/p>\n

Robert Klein, I am 27 years old, and sports became my passion and part of my daily life almost 10 years ago. I have dedicated countless hours to training and have proven myself in both national and international competitions.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve achieved my physique primarily through bodyweight training, or calisthenics, but my routine also includes regular gym workouts. What could be a better place for self-improvement and giving it your all than a gym surrounded by like-minded, inspiring people, where the “underground” vibe helps focus your thoughts and energy at the most critical moments?<\/p>\n
